Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime. This policy explains access after cancellation, failed payments, refunds, and billing support.
Cancellation
You may cancel through the customer portal or by contacting support. After cancellation, access usually continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is terminated for a Terms violation, legal issue, abuse, security risk, or provider restriction.
Failed payments and grace access
If a payment fails, qscanner.io may restrict paid features, provide a temporary grace period, retry billing through the provider, or ask you to update payment details. Provider webhook and reconciliation records are the source of truth for billing state.
Refund review
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Refunds may be approved for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, provider mistakes, material service incidents, legally required refunds, or other circumstances we determine are fair. We generally do not refund for trading losses, missed trades, market movement, dissatisfaction with scan results, or periods already used.
How to request a refund
Contact support@qscanner.io from the email associated with your account. Include your account email, invoice or receipt reference if available, and a short reason for the request. Do not send card numbers, passwords, cookies, or billing tokens.
Disputes and chargebacks
If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, qscanner.io may suspend paid access while the provider reviews the dispute. We may preserve billing and support records needed to respond to the provider, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
